Return Material Authorization (RMA) Request Form

Use this form to obtain an authorization to return product(s) to The Rookie. Once you have the RMA number, you can ship the product back to The Rookie with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box. Once completed, please click "Submit" below.

Products may not be returned for credit after two (2) weeks from purchase. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns. All returns must be in new condition.
